Bridge Builders: WEBA Pastoral Leaders’ Day

In addition to the WEBA Ministers’ Conference, and a Leadership Teams morning, WEBA provides one additional annual training day for Pastoral Leaders.
This year, we are delighted to welcome Bridge Builders who will run a day workshop on Handling Conflict Constructively.
Bridge Builders are widely respected as a training provider in this field, with interactive and engaging training that models consensus building in its design. One recent trainee commented “This should be compulsory for every minister”.
This event will take place on Wednesday 4th July at Little Stoke Baptist Church. The course is from 9.30am until 4.30pm – and a sandwich lunch will be included.
